Peter C

Pastor Peter has been serving as lead pastor in Findlay Church since 2017, prior to taking up the role he was the assistant pastor for 10 years.

From a very young age Peter recalls fondly of hearing firsthand accounts of God’s faithfulness from returning missionaries either on furlough or home assignment after their time in the African continent. As he grew and the stories being shared grew in detail, his love for God and the people of Africa was heavy on his heart. Following completion of his first degree in early 2000, he spent time serving in Tanzania with IFES and AIM reaching out to students, equipping them in leadership development, discipleship, and training before moving to South Sudan to work alongside the persecuted church.

In 2004 Peter returned home to complete a second degree in theology. In 2005, he married Liz and they are blessed with three wonderful children. Along with faith and family, he enjoys travelling, relaxing and the odd round of golf.
